What we Liked Most about the Chalene Johnson’s PiYo Base Kit

This exercise program is low impact as there isn’t a lot of jumping around. In fact the moves are meant to be fluid and after doing them for awhile they will feel more natural.

The program offers increased flexibility that you get with most Pilates and yoga programs. As well you will be able to increase your upper body strength.

The workouts aren’t too long at about 30 minutes. As well this program is great for beginners as there is one person on the DVD doing modifications for the moves.

What we Did Not Like about the Chalene Johnson’s PiYo Base Kit

A number of people have found that the instructor doesn’t do a good job of guiding people through the workout. Most of the workout is spent facing the floor which makes it difficult to look at the TV to know what you need to do.
